Nick Charvella has fourteen years of construction experience, with areas of expertise in general construction, project managing, and estimating.

A Rochester native and Canisius College graduate, he’s a local’s local. He’s the kind of person who knows a guy everywhere. His friendly and outgoing personality have helped him to create an extensive network of amazing craftsmen and tradespeople that he draws on when UDN puts a crew together.

During his career, he has formed deep relationships with members of the Rochester community, something that comes in handy when it comes to finding the right contractors and working with a variety of people. Charvella also believes in creating a positive, employee-friendly work environment, a fact that keeps the best talent in the city coming to his projects.

Charvella lives in Penfield with his wife and two children.

Nick Testa grew up around the construction industry, and now he is applying his insider knowledge to create a new, modern approach to the field.

Testa is interested in creating a new, supportive type of work environment for the construction industry. Rather than the rough-and-tumble old school style of construction businesses of the past, UDN’s modern approach is focused on professionalism and courtesy. This creates a better work environment for all and better results for clients.

A graduate of the University of Buffalo with an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology, Testa is adept at navigating the financial aspects of contracting. He brings his talent for managing time and money to any project he takes on.

Testa lives in West Henrietta with his wife and three children.
